I would like to know if there are any good freeware programs that will enhance video files. I have some AVI files that need to be enhanced. I would like to see something like a license plate or a clearer video of a vehicle that was roughly 20 feet from the camera at the time. This was at night and the vehicle was passing by the camera at roughly 10MPH if that matters. Even if I could clean the video up a bit I think it would be worth it. I would be willing to pay 50-100 dollars for something as well if it worked.
